I am a recent transplant to the Grants Pass area from Portland, OR.  I moved here to be closer to family, namely Sheila Berard, my mother and other relatives.  I also was attracted by the vast expanse of outdoor activities and beauty of the area. 
Before real estate I worked as an officer aboard a small adventure cruise ship exploring the waters of the inside passage of Southeast Alaska, the San Juan Islands, Columbia and Snake rivers and Baja Mexico.  After realizing that I needed a more land based life I moved back to my home town of Portland, Oregon and began my real estate career. 
I have worked in the the past as an assistant to several different successful realtors in the Portland area, and enjoyed being the support for agents who were top producers in their field.  Because I am a licensed Broker in the state of Oregon and have been involved in real estate for the past 5 years I am able to assist with all aspects of a real estate transaction.  You would most likely be talking to me when you are in a transaction, as I help out mostly with paperwork and home inspections. I enjoy doing the tasks in the office that enable our team to spend more time with you and give you more quality attention.
